ResellersPanel Introduces Automatic Translation for Support Tickets

October 2, 2026
The multilingual feature translates ticket conversations for customers, resellers and support agents without requiring manual configuration.

ResellersPanel announced on October 2, 2026, that automatic translation is now available in its support ticket system. The backend feature is designed to remove language barriers between customers, resellers and support agents, and it is active for all users without requiring configuration or manual activation.

When a customer submits a ticket in a language such as Spanish, the platform automatically translates the message into English for the support team. An English-language response from an agent is then translated back into Spanish before delivery to the customer. Automatically translated messages are clearly identified, while both customers and support agents can view the original text.

Translation settings are determined separately for each ticket. Customers may therefore open several tickets in different languages from one account, with each conversation remaining tied to the language used when that ticket was created. If a customer changes languages during an existing exchange, the system continues translating support replies into the ticket's original language.

The same capability is available to hosting resellers who manage customer requests through the Reseller Control Panel. Tickets written in languages other than English are translated for the reseller, and English replies are converted into the language in which the conversation began. Tickets that resellers submit directly to ResellersPanel in another language are also translated into English within the company's backend support platform.

Automatic translation currently applies only to support tickets and does not extend to Live Chat or email. ResellersPanel said the feature is intended to reduce the need for partners to translate conversations manually or maintain their own multilingual support teams.

The ticketing update follows recent work to expand and improve language support in the Hepsia Control Panel. Together, the multilingual control panel and translated ticket conversations allow partners to offer customers localized hosting management and support, particularly in markets where English is not the primary language.

ResellersPanel also presented the feature as a potential growth tool for partners seeking to establish additional hosting stores for specific countries or language groups. The company is preparing a practical guide explaining how to build and launch customized reseller stores with its Reseller API, which supports storefronts tailored to different countries, languages, markets and audiences. The guide is expected to become available to all partners in the coming weeks.
